We are now seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their Sydney team and lead the delivery of high-profile, mixed-use luxury projects. The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you'll take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and approvals through to construction and handover. This is a chance to manage landmark projects where luxury design and high-end built form are at the core, and to make a real impact on Sydney's built environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling, and due diligence for new developments Oversee design development, consultant coordination, and planning approvals Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring risks are proactively identified and mitigated Engage with consultants, contractors, authorities, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Prepare board papers, project reports, and development updates for senior leadership Provide guidance and oversight during construction and delivery phases About You: 4 years' experience in property development, construction, or project management, with proven experience in built-form development Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Urban Planning, or a related field Passion for architecture, design, and delivering high-quality development outcomes Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion Why Join This Developer?
